Returns & Refund Policy

At Stephen & Claire Toronto, customer satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.

 


 

 

Return Conditions

 


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

 

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees where applicable.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

  • Trying on an item is permitted; however, wearing an item beyond fitting is not allowed.

  • Orders placed with the clear intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning part of the order are not eligible for return.

 


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

 

How to Request a Return

 


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing

    support@stephenandclaire.com

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the appropriate return instructions and return address.

  3. Return the item at your own expense. Any shipping, handling or customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


After the returned item has been received and inspected, and once it has been approved, a refund will be issued:

 

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 


If a returned item shows signs of use, damage or does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be refused.

 


 

 

Responsibility & Liability

 

 

  • Stephen & Claire Toronto is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

  • If tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer, the order is considered fulfilled.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes after this period cannot be guaranteed.
