Designer (Brand & Collections)

 


Are you a creative designer with a strong sense of style and storytelling? We are looking for a Designer (Brand & Collections) who helps shape the look and feel of Stephen & Claire Toronto.


In this role, you will work closely with the brand to translate ideas, moods and concepts into refined visuals that reflect our aesthetic.


 

What you’ll do

 

 

  • Develop visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity

  • Design creative assets for collections and brand storytelling

  • Help define and maintain a consistent visual direction

  • Contribute ideas that strengthen the overall brand experience

  • Collaborate closely with the brand team on creative projects

 


 

What we’re looking for

 

 

  • Experience as a designer within fashion, lifestyle or brand-focused environments

  • A strong eye for aesthetics, balance and detail

  • Ability to work independently and creatively

  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar

  • A portfolio that reflects your style and creative vision

Customer Experience & Brand Support

 


We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and understands the importance of clear, thoughtful communication. As part of our brand support, you help ensure that every interaction reflects the values of Stephen & Claire Toronto.


 

What you’ll do

 

 

  • Respond to customer questions in a friendly and professional way

  • Assist with order-related and general brand inquiries

  • Help maintain a consistent and positive brand experience

  • Identify common questions and provide feedback for improvement

 


 

What we’re looking for

 

 

  • Strong written communication skills in English

  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Interest in fashion and brand experience

  • Previous customer support experience is a plus
